I am a fashion and beauty obsessed twenty-something on a budget who wants to make the world for ALL girls a happier place- one cheap, cute outfit at a time. Although the title is about fashion (or more accurately how I'm frugal, I like fatshion, and I'm typically in a frenzy) consider this more of a lifestyle blog.
